Reservations for beef and pork require a non-refundable deposit to hold your butcher spot. The remaining balance, including processing fees, must be paid before pickup or delivery. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Custom Orders

Cut sheet forms allow you to customize your order. Once submitted and sent to the butcher, your preferences are considered final. If you need help completing your cut sheet, we're happy to walk you through it.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been processed unless there is an issue with product safety or fulfillment. If you receive the wrong item or have concerns about your order, please contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery.

6. Scheduling & Appointments

Reservations are managed through Acuity Scheduling and are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. If a butcher date must be changed due to weather, illness, or operational issues, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All content on this website - including logos, images, branding, and text - is the property of Valley View Farms and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
