
Reserve a Spot
Reserve your butcher spot for grass-fed, grass-finished beef or farm-raised pork from Valley View Farms.
Choose the type and amount of meat you want and select your preferred butcher date. A deposit is required to hold your spot.
After booking, we’ll follow up with a link to complete your cut sheet so you can customize your order.
📍 Note: Pork is available in whole or half shares. Beef is available in whole, half, or quarter shares.
🐄 Each Beef butcher date has 4 available spots (one per quarter of a cow). If you’re reserving a half cow, please select two spots when booking.
🐖 Each Pork butcher date has 2 available spots (one per half of the hog). If you are reserving a whole hog, please select two spots when booking.
📍Note: The reservation date is the day our animals go to the butcher NOT the date you pick up your meat. We will contact you when your meat is ready (about 3 weeks from butcher date).
