    📌 Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit is due at reservation.

    Reserve a Spot Now

    The reservation date is the day our animals go to the butcher NOT the date you pick up your meat. We will contact you when your meat is ready (about 3 weeks from butcher date).

  • 🔪 Tailor Your Cuts to Fit Your Needs
    Every family has different preferences - that’s why we offer custom cut sheets to help you choose steak thickness, roast sizes, sausage flavors, and more.

  • 🌿 Naturally Raised, Expertly Processed
    After your order is placed, we continue raising your animal on pasture until it reaches the right stage for processing. We then transport it to a USDA-inspected butcher, where your meat is ethically processed to your specifications and vacuum-sealed for freshness.

  • 🚚 Get Your Meat, Your Way
    Once your order is processed and packaged (about 3 weeks from butcher date), it’s time to enjoy your farm-raised beef and pork! Prior to pickup, you’ll pay the remaining balance, including butcher processing fees.
